This motion design project is the result of a retro-inspired animated poster that combines vintage design elements with smooth, nostalgic motion. This project brings retro-inspired typography, colors, and patterns to life, evoking a sense of timeless style while adding modern animation techniques to create a visually engaging and dynamic piece.

The aim was to evoke nostalgia through design while maintaining a retro-inspired, looping animation. The poster features vintage typography, nostalgic colour palettes, and a variety of visual effects, such as film grain, light movement, and retro transitions, all brought to life with fluid motion. Handling the entire process from concept development to final animation, the final product combines subtle movements in text and imagery with layered visual effects, ensuring a cohesive and polished look that both captures the essence of retro style and feels modern.

The moving poster was highly inspired by a template design from Canva. Though certain elements have been tweaked and modified for the purpose of this motion design project, the original design is not my own, and all rights belong with the original creator.
